The change can take place in the following ways:
A. In your place, you can exchange (hand in hand) with the courier who will deliver you the new number or design you want.
B. Receive an EXCHANGE to your nearest courier shop.
To send your parcel, contact the courier company who delivered the parcel, indicating that it is a return to COYA to receive the parcel for return and to initiate the procedure.
If the customer needs to return the parcel for a second consecutive time, there will be a charge of 5 € for courier costs.
All shoes should be tested on a soft surface until you are sure you want to keep them. The shoes should be returned to their original.
If you do not wish to replace your order and require a refund, please contact us to indicate the bank account you want us to credit your money to.
When your parcel is returned, it is examined to confirm that it is in its original condition. Then our staff will inform you that we have received your parcel and will further confirm if your money can be refunded. Once your refund has been confirmed, we will deposit the refund amount to the bank account you will be declaring within 5 days.
In the case of a refund you will be refunded the cost of the products and you will be charged for the shipping costs.

Late / Lost Money Rebate.
If you have not received the refund within the specified interval (as stated above), first check your bank account again.
